I have an idea for a song. It needs to be really upbeat. its about a guy who is fun and quirky who is basically living a life that is obviously heading for a dead end. i dont want it to be too preachy or down, though. i want the verses to mostly focus on quirks he has... stuff like that. maybe tell a story about the singer and casey being friends or whatever. i'm working on it.

Casey is never gonna be a rock star
he just wanted to get high so he pawned off his guitar
i always thought someday he'd make the whole crowd scream
i guess this is the end of another rock star dream
